Slokker started building in Ontario in 1995. In Ontario, we’ve delivered more than 4,000 residential units and 90,000 square feet of retail space.
2007 Alberta

In 2007, we opened the Slokker Homes office in Alberta. To-date, we’ve designed and completed 14 communities and almost 2000 homes in Alberta, from Chestermere to St Albert. Our newest communities include Aspen Spring in Calgary, Canals and GeorgeTown in Airdrie and RiverCrest in Cochrane.

Currie is one of Calgary’s most livable places – a rejuvinated inner-city neighbourhood close to Glenmore Reservoir, Weaselhead Flats and the downtown core.
Like Vancouver's 'Yaletown' (1986), Toronto's 'Distillery District' (2003) and Calgary's East Village, Currie is an historic community with big plans. We loved it so much, we moved our whole team and our head office here!
To date, we’ve built 200 homes in Currie – including condos, townhomes and executive duplexes. We already love Airport playground, the well-designed parks and inter-connected pathways and we’re excited to play a role as the community of Currie evolves.
